Rober is unfamiliar with the market. We had the plan to sell our home and get a new home with him. He was not successful to sell our house in Waterloo, when we asked him why we don't have any offer to sell our house, he told us the market is slow now. How would be possible the market changed sharply in just one week because we bought the new house with him just the week before, and at that time he told us the market is crazy and if you don't put the top offer, you won't win. Yes, our offer was accepted because it was the top price, without any condition, and the closing date was too early. Can you imagine it was the first home we visited and make an offer with him. He just wants to be the winner, that's why he made the worst offer to get that house. - Faeze
