Home Purchase in Lakeview Heights, West Kelowna | Nov 2024
We had an incredible experience working with Curtis from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make the entire buying process smooth, stress-free, and easy to navigate. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail really stood out, and we always felt supported every step of the way. Thanks to their strong negotiation skills, we were able to secure our home for $100K under the asking price, which exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell! - Taylor Compeau

Townhome Purchase in Glenmore, Kelowna | Apr 2023
Moving from Manitoba to Kelowna with a family is no small undertaking, but Curtis Gedig made the process feel not only manageable but genuinely exciting, his deep knowledge of Kelowna's neighbourhoods meant he was able to match us not just to a house, but to a community that truly fits our family's lifestyle and values. From our very first conversation, Curtis took the time to understand what mattered most to us, schools, walkability, distance to a from important places in Kelowna, a sense of belonging, and thoughtfully guided us toward areas we may never have discovered on our own. His patience, local expertise, and honest counsel gave us the confidence to make one of the biggest decisions of our lives from across the country. We couldn't recommend Curtis more highly to any family navigating a long-distance move; he's the kind of realtor who makes you feel like you're his only clients. - Steve Buse
