Addison helped my wife and I sell my Mother’s house. It was my childhood home, and after my Mom was admitted into long term care, we found ourselves dealing with a house that needed a lot of repairs before selling. Addison was recommended to us and it was the best recommendation we ever received. Stressed out after calling contractors and being told it would be months before they could get to my Mom’s house, we were feeling discouraged. Addison came to our rescue and made a few calls and before we knew it we had quotes and the work was done in a matter of a few weeks. This allowed us to list the house and sell it quickly so my Mom wasn’t paying for a house she wasn’t living in anymore. Addison made the entire process so easy and painless for us which we appreciated so much. He’s very knowledgeable with the housing market, areas of the city, house repairs, connections with contractors and a great personality to top it all off.
