He knew the market knew the ins and outs of all the little details you'd never think of. He made the whole thing painless and had no problem admitting when a house was a waste of time. We never felt pressured or like he was impatient to get done with us. He even put us in touch with a broker that was outstanding and who got us a FANTASTIC rate.
