We first listed our home in Winnipeg with another real estate company and were very disappointed to have very few showings and no offer in 60 days. It was very stressful to say the least! My husband and I are both military and we are being posted to Winnipeg. When on House Hunting Trip (HHT), military personnel have 1 week to find a home.
