Ale Morales

Whenever we went for walks, we noticed people selling their homes using Ale Morales as their realtor. Suddenly, we had to move for work so we decided to call Ale and two other realtors whose signs we had also noticed nearby (though only Ale had multiple signs!). We called Ale first and we decided right then that we didn't need to call any of the other realtors because she was so clear and concise with a plan of action for us: when we would meet, when her professional photographer would come to take photos and create the virtual tour and when she would list our home and when we would review offers. This was our first time selling and we didn't know what to expect but Ale answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We were especially pleased with Ale's communication and response speed because that is something that is really important to us. We felt very valued as Ale's customers. We weren't sure about the protocol for moving out of a home and Ale said most people have professional cleaners come in before possession date. We were pressed for time and we didn't know of any cleaners in the area. Ale helped us out so much by contacting a cleaning company she knew and arranging things. It is things like this that show how much Ale really goes above and beyond for her clients. We are so grateful to Ale for everything she did for us. Ale Morales did an amazing job selling our house. She is an excellent communicator, she is kind, efficient and ethical. She dealt with challenging tenants, and helped us sell strategically for the best possible outcome. The house sold quickly and for more money than we had hoped. She worked harder than I have ever had an agent work for me. Despite the quick sale, she worked with us for a few months, helping us to deal with some issues with house repair and with the tenants prior to the sale.
