Buying a new home is one of the most expensive things one purchases in one’s lifetime. Not surprisingly, therefore, it is also the most stressful. Is this the one? Did I pay too much? What question did I not know to ask? Alex Maldeis is professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and fun to work with. One afternoon, he set up a few places for us to check out, just to see what we could get in my price range. I must admit, I was nervous at the start but we were laughing and having a good time before we even got out of the car to see the first place. At the end of the day, he told me what I was looking for based on my comments at each place that we viewed. Wow, just wow! When reviewing strata documents, his attention to detail helped highlight points of interest for us to discuss. Alex reads these kinds of documents every day so he made sure I understood everything and was comfortable. After everything was said and done, I always felt like Alex had my best interests in mind.
