This summer, I decided to buy a home for the first time and was fortunate enough to have Ben Sweet, Justin Becker and Associates recommended to me as realtors. I had never bought property before and had no idea what was involved in purchasing a condo. My personal realtor on this team was Alex Yang and right from the beginning, Alex was just incredible. He explained the process to me throughout (which I really needed) and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. He listened to me when I expressed what I was looking for in a home and remained very supportive from the beginning right to the end. Alex highlighted any important concerns for me to consider and was always in my corner, working on my behalf. Alex was not just an incredible realtor, he was a trusted companion during a very intimidating and stressful process. Alex showed exquisite knowledge about the market and about the homes he was showing us, but also showed a genuine care and support for us to find the perfect home that we wanted and the perfect home that fit a criteria we didn't even know we should have. More than that, Alex was insanely reachable, replying to messages at times we didn't even expect a response and being always available for a phone call. Alex consistently answered our questions and even when we were asking questions he wasn't responsible to know the answers to, he still went out of his way to find them out for us.
