I found Amanda on Rate-my-agent.com, I was trying to find a realtor to buy a townhouse in the Okanagan. Some of the things that stood out to me on her reviews were words and phrases like objective, keeps you focused on your goals, creates competition, responsive, over and above, and showed the property multiple times. We met on a Wednesday, she lined up 5 properties to view that Sunday, and I had an accepted offer to purchase by 9pm that night. She is great at reading body language and expression, and knows the market very well. To me here greatest trait was her ability to a conversation with you about the property instead of selling you the property. Initially, Amanda responded to an email request to show a property to us. She offered to help us with any future searches we might have. (She offered to digitally walk us through because we are out of province.) When we saw the unit we eventually purchased through Amanda, we contacted her to inquire if she could help us out. She was available to us by phone, text, email and Face Time. She showed us the unit several times and answered countless questions. If she didn't know the answer, she found out and contacted us with the information. She showed the unit to our son and daughter-in-law several times and was there with the condo inspector and electrician. She was always quick to respond to any queries we had.
