I chose to use Amanda to list my house after meeting multiple other agents in the area. I found her to be the most genuine and not pushy/salesy at all. She took the time go over all the comparables with me and even recommend small and cheap improvements i could make to maximize my sale price before i list. Additionally, she staged my house for free! (and it looked amazing!!!) Other agents offered to have a staging consultant come in but it was going to cost $2500+. i would definitely recommend Amanda! - Megan

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Amanda! As a first time home buyer, i was very slow and cautious before finally putting in any offers. Amanda made sure to fully explain everything to me and never once rushed me. I could tell she genuinely cared that i found my dream home. Futhermore, she was extremely quick to answer any questions i had no matter what time of day it was! I have recommended her to other people and they all are amazed at how quickly she gets back to you. She also came back to my house after it closed and helped me pick out paint colors and gave me some design tips.
