We 100% chose the right Real Estate Agent with Amber! Amber was patient, so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Our sale was all decided last minute. We went to look for a place in Winnipeg on Wednesday (not thinking we would find one…but we did). By Thursday night, Amber made a point of coming all the way to Ste, Anne from Linden Woods…even though she was leaving for holidays that Saturday and…we weren’t 100% sure of selling. After talking to her and feeling so confident, we listed our house. Selling in a small town could take months as compared to the city. Our listing hit MLS at 1:30pm on January 14th and by 3:00pm, we had an offer. Our house SOLD WITHIN 2 HOURS OF LISTING!! We were absolutely ecstatic and shocked, to say the least.
