Throughout my interactions with Amit, I’ve experienced countless examples of professionalism. During the purchase period with Amit, I expressed to him the presale condo I was interested in and he was transparent with his capabilities, and eventually was able to deliver results. (albeit at a different phase in development ). The presale that I was trying to get a spot in was extremely difficult, to the point where he even recommended I speak to other realtors to better my chances. He told me that he would follow through with avenues that might show results (such as speaking directly to the sales manager) and then contact me if any positive news presents itself. Fast forward a few months later. I expected no follow-up as that is common with most realtors (especially when it’s the first few interactions). Amit was an excellent realtor to work with. This was my second time purchasing a property in Metro Vancouver and my first time using Amit. Amit came recommended from friends and we made contact during the first wave of the coronavirus (early June). He was able to maximise the value of the sell transaction with excellent photos, a well-made professional video, 3D scans showing floor area and layout and staging advice. It was listed on multiple websites and even during corona we had numerous viewings and sold in less than a week (Open Houses weren't allowed at this time).
