DO NOT USE THIS “realtor”!!! It was a joke from start all the way to the end! Not enough room here to tell everything but want to mention a few. Started already with the photos. Photos are Super important when selling a house. Andy just used an old crappy camera and quickly took some out of focus shots manly of the ceiling!!!??showing a tiny bit of the room in the lower corner). The text he wrote for the website was laughable bad. Worse then a child could have written and also with spelling mistakes, wrong information, good things left out, and repetitive. Marketing of the house- NONE! Efforts and willingness to sell the house - NONE. He is one of the “realtors” that let other realtors do the job and himself just hoping for the best so that he can cash in Not one single showing did he have himself! He worked more for the buyer in our case then for us! No negotiation skills whatsoever and told us off and while agreed with the buyer! We lost thousands of dollars because of him. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I repeat- DO NOT USE!!!!! - Eva
