Hello, I am a 85 year old lady who has lived in my home for over 40 years. My dear husband just passed away a year ago and this house was too much for me to handle since my health is declining. I went to Angel to try to sell my home and boy was he rude and unprofessional. He treated me horribly and was pressuring me for everything even though I told him that I need time as I can't move as fast as I used too. He did not take into any consideration that I was a senior. It was just ridiculous. I have to say that he has contributed to my health decline with all the pressure and stress he gave me. CAUTION: DO NOT GO TO HIM. HE WILL JUST CAUSE YOU STRESS AND AGONY. He was totally without knowledge of the market! He under-valued my home by a significant amount and I am so glad I decided to go with another agent because I got my asking price! With this monkey I would have lost so much money! He totally refused to list the house for the price I wanted and 3 other agents I compared with all valued my home for higher.
