I understand Landlords want the best tenants, but there is a more humane way to go about it and Ankita did it. She didn't ask what our credit score was or asked for personal documents up front. She asked what we were looking for and she asked me to tell her about myself, my family and why we were looking to rent instead of buy. This approach put us at ease and I knew we found our realtor. Getting to know your clients first before any business is conducted is a great way to get your clients to trust you and show that you care about helping them. It's sad that in this day in age, people who are in the business of helping people have no people skills. She wanted to make sure we loved the property first before we even met up with her for the showings. This is how it should be done.
