She asked what we were looking for and she asked me to tell her about myself, my family and why we were looking to rent instead of buy. This approach put us at ease and I knew we found our realtor. It's sad that in this day in age, people who are in the business of helping people have no people skills. She wanted to make sure we loved the property first before we even met up with her for the showings. This is how it should be done.
