I absolutely rank Anna to the top of all agents I have met! She provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, even after closing. I highly recommend Anna without any reservations. Although it was just a renting case, I could feel she put 100% of her heart to work on! Anna was patient, highly knowledgeable about areas of Niagara Falls. I think this is her confidence derive from. Anna is friendly and ready to help! One of visitors locked a bathroom accidently, she was so kindly to buy tools for opening the door! When there was an offer, she always gave her sincere and professional suggestion, more importantly, she respected our final decision, never pushy!
