Stay away Anna Rule, she is dishonest and will put her own interests above her clients, really bad communication and deceitful. She won’t do what you ask, will be condescending and will pre-negotiate as though he represents you when you haven’t asked for it. Run. - Cohen

ANNA RULE is terrible She has no strategy other than tell you to reduce price never talked staging or met in person Never had a one on one before or after signing a contract Relisted my property without any proper notice And without my consent Anna said she's fair but treated me like I didn't have a say When I questioned her she went silent She's lazy unethical and will dismiss you for asking questions She only wants that commission and treats you like a second class citizen I will never recommend her especially if you are seeking help during separation she only talks to the person living in the property - Drea
