Arianne was SO great throughout our whole process. She first set us up with a website that was tailored to our wants and needs as buyers. She then handled our sale in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and even reached out to sellers that had taken down their listings to see if they were still interested in selling. This is really how we got our place, through her efforts of reaching out to expired or taken down listings. We can’t recommend her enough, she was always there at all hours answering the thousands of questions we had as first time home buyers. Being able to get recommendations for vendors and contractors to assess the home was also invaluable to us. We had to postpone our large wedding celebration due to the Pandemic, and so we are overjoyed to have been able to buy our first home only days before our substituted small legal marriage. We cannot thank her enough for all her help in negotiations, too! Arianne was helpful and professional from the very beginning. This was a high stress move for me and Arianne walked me through the entire process, making me feel at ease. She targeted great houses for me to view and did not waste any of my time. I always found her to be available and knowledgeable. She did a great job negotiating on my behalf and made sure I fully understood all my options.
