When I first came to Meadowvale, I didn't have any clue on what this place had to offer. Ashwin was kind enough to show me not only the properties, but also what the neighbourhood had to offer. He has great knowledge about Meadowvale area. After a few showings and driving around in the neighbourhood, we put in an offer for a condo. I was informed on every step of the process and the entire process was handled very efficiently. I'm in love with both the condo and the neighbourhood. Even after the transaction closed, he still keeps in touch and provides advice on any real estate or neighbourhood related questions. Highly recommend Ashwin for anyone in their home buying journey.
