Misbehaved, rude and disrespectful! These words are what Atta Qureshi said to me, and now I will return them to you as they are! And please Atta Qureshi not to give me a 4-min threading call anymore! Our lease expired on June 15th. Atta Qureshi actually asked us to give him the keys in advance in May to let his own people live in the condo without the landlord's permission. I have already contacted the landlord about this matter. It is the first time that the landlord heard what Atta Qureshi did and agreed that I did not turn the key to let Atta Qureshi's own people live. Then Atta Qureshi repeatedly said bad words about me to my friends and gave me a 4-minute harassing phone call. Atta Qureshi talked with his manager Paul Fletcher said that I don't have the attorney. My friend’s first text message to Atta Qureshi explained my identity! Is it a bit of shirk responsibility? Arrogance. I have told RE/MAX countless times. This is not a question of how much security deposits the landlord has deducted caused by cleaning fees and the one-month postponement. It's a matter of your Broker Atta Qureshi's disrespect for me. And what I complained about was the insult and disrespect of RE/MAX broker Atta Qureshi to me. I want to complain and will continue to complain about your RE/MAX, and upload a complaint to the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). Does Atta have the right to take back the keys in advance and let his own people live there, and let the former tenant pack all the luggage without the landlord's permission? I just hope that more people can see what you are doing. As the landlord, if you give the keys to this RE/MAX broker, they will let their own people live without telling the landlord. As a tenant, when they think they cannot gain money from you, they will only regard you as an eyesore and won't respect you anymore. The example of Atta Qureshi is happening here. I really can't tell whether other brokers behave like Atta Qureshi or if it's just Atta Qureshi doing it. I will never choose RE/MAX, forever. I don’t need Atta Qureshi and RE/MAX sorry, I just hope that everyone who sees this review will know that this is Atta Qureshi. That's it. Thanks! - XXXX

Atta represents an international real estate investor and rents out the investors condo units in the GTA. Atta was difficult to deal with once we signed our lease at a condo in downtown Toronto. He made multiple mistakes on the rental agreement and was MIA when we had questions or concerns. He would often disappear for months at a time and not respond to emails and phone calls. You can check his website - he doesn't have any listings. He's a property manager that looks for tenants. Once he's found a tenant he disappears. - Craig
