Ayelet was a pleasure to trust our two biggest investments to. She worked with us to sell our investment property and purchase our forever home. For the sale of the investment property - She helped to manage the tenants during the showings and also the trades to fix it up to get it ready for sale! She was super helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make it easier on us to sell the property. Ayelet helped us find our perfect home. She took me to see countless houses and when we found THE home she advocated for us to make sure that we got the best deal possible. Ayelet was amazing! Not only was she so committed and showed us so many properties, but she also listened to what we needed and showed us things only within budget and tailored to our needs. Which we hadn't found with agents in the past (they always show above budget and don't listen to what we want.) She also pushed us a little out of our comfort zone and we are so happy that she did because we then found the PERFECT HOUSE for us! We've been here for a year now and are signing on for another one and maybe 2 because we love this place!
