DO NOT RECOMMEND Sales Representative/Agent: AYMAN HAMMOUDAH at Right at Home Realty Inc. To begin with, Hammoudah unwillingly became my representative without signing a buyer’s representation agreement (BRA) and provided no service or value to the purchase of my home from the builder. After meeting with Hammoudah twice, I purchased a home that he did NOT find! Nonetheless, I felt forced to give him a commission as I stupidly mentioned that I was interested in that property. I have also said to him numerously that I DO NOT need a real estate agent for the purchase of a brand-new home (builder). When I met with the builder to make a deal, I told the builder that Hammoudah is NOT my real estate agent. The builder refused to remove the cooperating brokerage commission section from the contract as Hammoudah without our knowledge had asked the builder for the commission rate. Unfortunately, I signed the home purchase agreement as I loved the house and did not want to jeopardize missing out on it. Hammoudah realized that his contribution to the deal was minimal/nonexistent and promised to return $5000 and pay lawyer fees of $1500. Overall my experience was horrible due to the following: - He did not offer advice on negotiation - He did not negotiate on my behalf - He did not provide specific knowledge on the property - He failed to keep his promise (pay lawyer fees of $1500) - Failed to respond to my emails and texts before closing Hammoudah is inexperienced and was a burden to the purchase of my new home.
