Balraj was amazing in helping us secure a mortgage for a condo that we needed to have. At the time it was post covid and i am self employed and had actually not taken much of a salary due to covid the previous year. Due ot this it was very difficult to get any traditional finnacing and i had already been denied by other lenders. Balraj was able to line us up an alternative source of short term lending to help us secure one of the last condos that were remianing in the building we were wanting. Because of him we successfully purchased with the interim finnacing, and 6 months later we were able to take out more traditional finnacing once out next years income had been reported. I recommend Balraj to anyone looking , he is honest , sincere, and is ONLY looking out for the best interest of the client even if it means getting the client the best option and he doesnt get the business . - Cory Chapman
