My wife and I were looking to purchase a new home and were on the fence about whether to sell the current house or try and rent it. I had done a great deal of renovations to the structure and surrounding property, and we were working with Barry and Cynthia to evaluate the cost benefits of each option. On the purchase side, my wife and I (mostly me) had a pretty specific set of criteria for our new house and initially I wasn’t sure that a Realtor(s) would be able to meet those expectations. As much as it pains me to say “I was wrong”, it’s the truth. Barry and Cynthia provided options meeting our criteria on a weekly basis and we went to view a number of places prior to making a decision. My knowledge of the Construction Industry is pretty good so they provided insight on the location and lifestyle side of things. More on the side of “what it would be like to live in that particular house/neighborhood and what it would ultimately cost (aside from the mortgage).” Some of this stuff you just can’t find in a book and is pretty valuable information. Anyway, on the rental/investment side of things they are very knowledgeable as well. To say we were skeptical of turning our beautiful fully renovated home into an investment property would be an understatement. Barry and Cynthia worked through that with us and provided all the necessary information so we could make a very informed decision. I would certainly chaulk this up to a “value added service.” Their personalities and skillsets compliment eachother very nicely and they are able to work within timelines and meet expectations very effectively. All told, I think the most useful part of this review is that I had a great experience and would ultimately use this Team again on future purchases and/or sales. -Jeff S. - Jeff S
