Anything with Bart Zimmer's name on it should make you physically cringe and run away from the deal. 10 years after purchasing in one of his RV developments we are still trying to access our property. This development was poorly surveyed, leaving me to pay for land under my neighbour's deck. I paid for the land, pay taxes and fees on it every year and am unable to access it. My neighbour took full advantage of Bart's ignorance, refusing to move his flower garden and patio blocks even though I asked nicekly for 3 years. The board of the property refused to enforce their rules and make my neighbour get off. The surveyor Bart Zimmer used and who provided me a certificate and site drawing for the property I was buying refused to answer questions and actually hung up on me when I asked him 1 simple question. - Lisa Joy
