We purchased a house using Ben, he did nothing after the offer was accepted, he washed his hands of everything we didn't even get keys(d/t isolated location realtors handle the key exchange) told us to break in because we'd have to change locks anyways. Two years later we were selling same home he expected us to take 15,000 under asking and 8500 in inclusions from clients he initially brought, argued we were going to loose the deal, we refused and held firm, he was suppose to get a water sample within a few days of offer being accepted, even after several reminders he didn't argued it wasn't part of the offer it was and more importantly mort companies insist on a potable water sample, he left it so late we almost didn't close and had no chance to remediate a bad initial sample which he also stalled getting results on then he told our lawyer without our permission we'd pay for a UV filtration system, we refused our second sample which we took and rushed to the lab direct came back ok, in the meantime our lawyer and us pushed him to install the UV system at his expense since it would be his fault for not doing his job properly. He also expected me to do all the running around to take samples to the lab 1 hr away in the Sault a cpl of days before we were to close, like we had nothing else to do. He also gave my phone # to the buyers agent and allowed her to bully us and talk to us directly because we were told a walk thru was to be done by him at 9am on moving day just as our movers were arriving, we asked for it to be done the night before, he refused to talk to buyers agent and gave my # to buyers agent who demanded 9am on moving day, they could have done a walk thru anytime within 48 hrs of close, she refused to arrange another agent or just the buyers to come even though she was supposedly out of town. Completely rude and unprofessional. He also forced us to allow the buyers a 2nd home inspections not because they had an actual inspector and not because anything was questionable or wrong but because they forgot to look in the attic told us we had no choice. He originally was working with the buyers as well and then flipped to this other agent who no longer has any association with any agency, she just retained her license.....odd. He always seemed to take the buyers interests over ours. It was a 1 month close and nothing was done right from agents to buyers bank loans officer at SB in Blind River. Ben also ignores calls quite often or waits hours / days to call back. Once the offer is accepted , he washes his hands of his clients and wants nothing more to do with it. He tries to say he "didn't know", blame the other agent, tried to say the late water sample was our fault. And again neither of them could get their act together to figure out a plan for the keys....again my lawyer had to get involved after I complained and said I even had to msg the buyers with no answers from them either. So utterly unprofessional, the worst experience and I've bought and sold 20 homes I expect a hiccup but this was far worse he put every deal in jeopardy by not doing his job in a timely manner!!! DO NOT USE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - theresa dinnage

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
