From having an initial call with her where we quickly felt comfortable, to planning us a full day of house hunting, to expertly navigating a competitive offer situation, closing, and everything in between, Beth is a true professional, a great communicator, and ensures that no detail is overlooked. Beth quickly learned our likes and dislikes in homes, and when we found the one, offered many strategies so that we would be in the best position to have the most competitive offer. I don't think this happens often in Hamilton's market, but because of her expertise, we were successful on the first home we made an offer on. She's also with you every step of the way, including any visits and was a true lifesaver to get us our keys on closing day, which wasn't able to happen until very late on a Friday night before a long weekend due to a bank glitch. What she did behind the scenes to get us into our house on our closing day (in combination with our lawyer and broker) I'll never know but am forever grateful! Our whole home buying journey took less than 2 months, and while that is totally awesome, the down side is that we didn't get to work with Beth for longer. I see some other reviews written around our same purchasing timeline - while Beth mentioned having some other clients in order to share some insights on the current housing market, so often it felt like she only worked for us!
