For a new home buyer, purchasing a home is both exciting and daunting for many reasons and the experience can only be made better or worse by the realtor a buyer decides to hire. Blake was very knowledgeable, honest, highly attentive to detail, and provided lots of information and good advice to help me make the decisions I had to make. He responded quickly to any concerns and questions I had and even answered questions I never thought of. After I described to Blake what I was looking for, what locations I was interested in, and what my budget was, he quickly found the right home in an ideal location. He also then did an excellent job of selling my previous home in a timely manner and fetching a satisfactory price. Blake Hilts - this guys hustles!. He took the time in the busiest times in Kelowna’s market to knock door to door and find us a home.
