We were dealing with a company relocation and had a short time frame to list and sell our house. Bonnie made us feel confident that she would list the house competitively and get it sold quickly. However, our house was actually listed well below the price she first compared it to and within days of listing our house, she left for a 2 week vacation! It took a long time to get pictures up and the ones that she used to showcase our home were poor quality and repetitive. She was very hard to get ahold of and we don't feel she was professional or what we needed for a quick sale. Its been over 3 months and the house has had very few showings and no sale yet.
