We hit it off with Brad right away. Although we share the same surname, we had never met him before. We had owned the condo for over 25 years and had it as rental property for 24 years when we moved to another province. We approached Brad approximately 2 years prior to the sale of the condo when we were first thinking of putting it on the market. Brad never pressured us to list the condo, instead advising us to only sell it when we thought the time was right for us. He continued with us and sent us periodic updates on the prices on comparable condos in the area. Finally we felt it was the right time to sell and we pulled the trigger. Brad was patient with us thru the process and gave us perfectly executed advice when we received offers. The condo sold in short order and we were very satisfied with both the sale and the process.
