Brian and his team at YVR4Sale blew me away with their service. I used Brian to sell my house in Richmond, and used the proceeds to buy two apartments in Vancouver (Downtown and Kits). Regarding selling, Brian recommended pricing the house almost $80k above what the competing realtors suggested - and we sold in less than a week! Higher price and a quick sale? Seemed like a very wise suggestion from him. Related to buying with Bryan, he knew we were looking for a rental property with good returns and good appreciation potential, and let us know about an undervalued penthouse apartment downtown. We put in a bid almost $50k above asking, and beat out the nearest competitor by less than $2k. In both of these deals, Brian's intimate knowledge of the market gave us excellent deals on both the buying and selling side. I've used Brian's team on 2 instances now and pending a 3rd as we speak. I'm in the mortgage industry and know the difference between a realtor who is in this for clients vs one who'se in it for the money. Their team is detailed, educated, and very well connected.
