This is the fourth time I use Brian to sell and buy for me and my husband. Brian went out of his way to make the sale successful both in staging and lead generation. With the previous sale he even went with me to select flooring and transported the boxes to my place. He also finds good trades people at reasonable rates to spruce up my place. An example: The home we were selling had a large deck which needed repair after the hot tub which was integrated with the deck was removed. He knows his stuff, he is not pushy, he pointed out a few things on a house we loved, we walked away, we drove by a few weeks back and they are replacing the roof and gutters! we were very lucky and are satisfied.
