We enlisted Bryan for the first time to sell our home in Chilliwack back in 2004. Bryan had impressed us with his honesty and pleasing personality. He only brought us fully qualified buyers and it was sold in a few short weeks. We were equally pleased with his marketing skills and professionalism when it came to sell again in 2017. We had an accepted offer within 2 weeks but sadly, just before possession 2 months later, the closing of our brand new Vancouver Island home came into jeopardy because of the forest fires in the BC interior. Our purchase was reliant on a chain of four transactions that all became dependant on the first buyer in the chain not being able to secure fire insurance while the forest fires were active nearby.
