I called cam bird after hearing his radio ad to sell my house, this man has to be one of the most arrogant realtors I have ever spoken with. he has no professionalism what's so ever, very rude and a stuck up attitude. honestly find some one that's willing to work for they're commission. - BJDE

Cam has been very unhelpful and very hard to communicate with. He has very poor work ethics and thinks he is better than everyone and doesn't treat others with respect. He makes you feel like a inconvenience.He is never around and makes other do his work. I'm surprised he still has clients, I guess people are easily fooled but commercials. Hopefully He will see that the way he treats people is wrong and will start treating people with the same respect he expects from others. - Aw

He gave my cell phone number to the buyer without our consent, thought being the middle man is whole point of his job. Also, during the listing, he was always away and his son did most of the work. - dc

This realtor is unethical and a liar. We (my realtor and I) brought a cash offer over asking price. He did not even present. He lied saying leave the offer open until 4pm the next day as he could not contact his clients. When we sent the offer within an hour of listening to his Lies he said its sold. Realtors like him should have their licence revoked! Ill be going to the real estate board about this guy.

I would not recommend cam bird. We were first time home sellers and listed with him and felt very taken advantage of. First of all he convinced us we couldn't get the price we wanted, so we listed for less and had three offers within a day. Secondly he gave out our work phone number and had realtors phone us at work to schedule viewings, needless to say we were not happy with the transaction.
