Terrible agent! Didn't remember her clients name, forgot her first meeting at our home. We did get asking price but we were in the peak of the squamish market and she was not looking out for our best interests. Candise had an open house with zero advertising because she had already had a buyer for our home, Ones of which she had already sold a house for. I've dealt with Candice Dyer from buying and selling and she was a curse. I wish I had known that she had lost her license four (4!) times for unethical behavior. She caused nothing but problems, ignored my need / want / hate list, only wanted to show me houses that she was selling, tried to get extra commission out of house deals and screwed up purchases and sales because of it. She also brags about how much money she makes flipping houses (unethically - without showing them to other possible buyers first). Do yourself a huge favor and stay away. - James (Jimmy) Smith

This woman cannot be trusted with confidential documents. We receiver someone else's financial information by email and later found ours had been mistakenly sent to someone else in error. She is a liar and will ruthlessly mislead to secure a sale - Kylie Cee
We had an accepted offer on a house with her. On the day of inspection Candice wasn't available to take our call. We got a call an hour or two later noting that she meanwhile took another offer and that if we wanted to still have a chance to owning this house, we should increase our offer!!! Oh Please.... After speaking with real estate board it became obvious what she did was wrong and that her license would get revoked. We did not want to go to this extend and ruin her life.
