Words cannot describe how fortunate we were to work with Carmen. I would highly recommend her to everyone. Not only did she help find a new home for us, she also sold our old home with such care and professionalism. Carmen understood the importance of getting the right buyer for our old home and during this whole process. She kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continued to follow up with us. I can’t thank her enough. I am not a fan of real estate agents - I never feel I can completely trust them. With Carmen, however, I had and have full confidence that she has MY best interest in mind. She will actually steer you away from something if she feels it won’t meet your long term goals (even if that meant she loses a commission). And I was very impressed with that! She gives 110%.
