She took over as the agent for our buyers. Has no clue what she is talking about, stated there are no contracts propane companies...WRONG...called me directly after getting my private # from our agent. Bullied us, we always had to accomodate her demands such as walk thru appt time, she had no consideration for our schedules. Her attitude thats the way its done up here (northern ON blind river/thessalon area). She is an inactive agent that holds her license thru this non real estate agency Call HOMe out of Barrie. She apparently told my agent water samples can be done while you wait at the lab.....no they can't.....water samples require a 24 hr incubation as per the lab when I spoke to them, the lab also informed me all agents know this and its part of the OREA site. Neither agent could get their act together. Gossips in the area don't speak well of her and after this experience and 3 years ago trying to enlist her to show us properties and no return phone calls for days and then excuse after excuse as to why she couldn't to deja vu same thing this time around she couldn't accomodate our schedules our time wasn't important it was all about her and she is beyond rude and her bullying tactics are unprofessional. This woman is a fraud!! I bought a house, and my ex, the homeowner, and this woman forged my signature and made it look like I took my name off the house. then, her agency told me to keep my mouth shut!! she's a crook, and should not even own her own business. DON'T buy from this woman! - Kristina
