Agent rude and unprofessional. Agent left house with dirty floors and left light opened after visit. While questioned about this, she would never reply and just ignore. Not even an apology nor an acknowledgement. Nothing. Very unprofessional. Decided to end my contract with her, but she would not return my keys and kept advertising my property on her website. Unethical behaviour. Had to threaten her and file complaint with OACIQ. Called her office Remax Lasalle, but the director is never available. Useless, they would cover their agent's incompetence. Do yourself a favour, stay away. Worst experience ever. Worst Agent. - San

She is the most disrespectful full agent. When you called her and sent her several text messages, she never replied. After weeks time when I decided to change agent only then she called back. Zero profesionalism. I would never recommend her and her remax office on Champlain lasalle. She they never give true information. The secretary very impolite and makes client believe the broker is in town while she's on travel. A broker never to hire. - Sachitabye Mahadoo

She did not know for which duplex she was calling us (and that we had mentioned in our message). She was disorganized (she said she had hundreds of listings). We told her that we were busy with our baby, but she did not respect us on the phone, she did not treat us as clients. There seems to be a problem with Remax Lasalle at 8280 Champlain Boulevard. - Alex
