My experience with Carolina Gerdts was really bad. It cost me my entire life-savings. I bought a pre-construction condo in Cartagena-Colombia. The builder was Carolina's brother. Carolina did all the initial paperwork including collecting my first deposit. It took 3 years, longer than expected to receive the property. In all this time Carolina never made a phone call or any attempt to communicate with me. When I received the property I thought it was finally over.It was just the beginning. It turned out that this construction company never completed the paperwork to register the property on my name. It was all a show to make us believe we had the property. I called Carolina to see if she could help and she said : ?? did not put a gun to your head to buy this property". Her answer made me realize she was not trustworthy. I don't know the extent of her participation in this scheme to defraud several US citizens and residents. I would advise caution in dealing with her.
