As a young family embarking on new careers in Vancouver, we undertook the enormous task of finding a home in this challenging market, while completing our search fully remotely from Calgary, due to Covid. Our search began with its challenges. We had tentatively tried 2 other realtors who were unresponsive and sent us listings that did not match with our minimal criteria. We were referred to Carrie and she was the complete opposite! She listened to us as we described our wants and needs in detail, carefully curated lists of homes for us to review, in areas ranging across the GVA, as we requested. She gave us expert insight and promptly replied to each and every message. She also skillfully advised us on each listing we wished to explore in order to ensure that it would be the right fit for our unique needs, considering school districts, street location, commute, neighbourhood and amenities. Carrie then attended each showing, providing us with a detailed real-time walk through, as well as taking hundreds of photos and videos of every aspect of the home, meticulously. Carrie, Nabeel and Alfie then carefully advised us on appropriate offers in the incredibly competitive recent market. We trusted this amazing team implicitly with guiding us through this challenging process, and they advocated for us each step of the way.
