We just purchased our first house with Cathy Polan and I can't say enough good things about her! She was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, flexible, very quick to respond and had the patience of a saint. Neither my husband or I have ever gone through the buying process before and she was there with us the whole way no matter how many silly questions we'd ask. Everything went smoother then I ever could have imagined and we are very happy with our new home. I will be referring her to everyone I know. - Lindsay wallace

Wow!! That pretty much sums it up :) I am so glad that we found Cathy to help us find a place for my aging mother. I was looking for a Condo for my mother in the Brighton area. My mom was moving to our area from Beaverton. Not only did Cathy find one for my mom but she went over and above the call of duty by making this huge transition a very pleasant one. Cathy arranged to meet with my mom while I was away in the States and kept her well informed about the offer we had submitted. Cathy researched all the things available to mom in the Brighton area. She even went as far as letting my mom know where the United Churches were located, which was very important to mom! :) What a wonderful sales woman. Cathy read the market perfectly and gave us great advice on pricing and staging with the result that we sold in two weeks, at just over asking. She also proved to be an excellent negotiator and advisor when it came to managing multiple offers.
