Cecile was recommended to us for her knowledge and she far exceeded our expectations! The lists of properties she showed us were within our price range and included all the features we required… this was so refreshing .. not to be shown listings that were missing our important features… no wasted time! Her knowledge of by-laws in and around different areas about parking our work trailer etc… saved us from buying in areas we wouldnt be happy. She was also available to answer a call just about any time of day or night and when she wasn’t; she had such competent support staff to answer our calls as well as our questions and always got back to us promptly. We have been so incredibly impressed with the things that she thought of to add into our purchase contract ( like having the home professionally cleaned for us) making sure pool equipment was listed, and negotiating posession!
