Dear Friends, We (myself & my wife) have a great pleasure writing this note appreciating and promoting Chamila’s work simply because we experienced his exceptional service. We bought our second house through Camila and I want to be very thankful to him for the great experience we had during this exercise. We bought our first house from the builder simply because we didn’t’ have good faith in real estate agents. We had heard some negative stories about the agents and always tried to avoid them. We were looking to buy our second house through a builder in 2019 and during this time Chamila was introduced to us by one of our close friends. At the beginning we were not very serious with Chamila as we didn’t trust any agents in our heads.   He gave us a really good first impression and continued that behavior throughout this exercise. He was very polite, respectful and positive. He was patiently listening to us to understand our requirements and didn’t have any rush at all. We requested him to send us any potential property listings and he sent only the relevant ones. If he were to see anything special (price point, looks, upgrades etc.), he always highlighted those and explained why it is worth taking a look. He never pushed or pressured us to view any properties but provided helpful information for us to make that decision. He always made him available to visit any potential property we wanted visit even with very short notice. We drove the process at the beginning as we didn’t trust agents and didn’t have any previous experience with the agents, but Chamila proved to be dependable and trustworthy within a very short period of time. He was very knowledgeable about the market & the industry, and he knew where to look and what to check in a property before get serious. He educated us through this process to make some well informed decisions. We never signed any agreement with Chamila, but after 3 weeks into our relationship, we verbally confirmed that we will definitely get the house through him. He always had time for us when we wanted to clarify even little things.   We viewed about ten (10) properties, before we made up our minds and Chamila didn’t show any signs of rush. After seeing the property (the one we bought), we wanted to get it right away, but Chamila didn’t rush it at all.  He did some market research in the neighborhood to justify the asking price and also asked us not to be too emotional. Chamila immediately submitted the offer upon our request and we were able to negotiate a good price as well. The documentation process was simple and very smooth. He provided step by step instructions on how to complete the paper work through a mobile phone app. Even after the deal was over, Chamila continued to maintain our relationship in a very high standard and has become a family friend now. He completely changed our attitude about the real estate agents and once again thank him very much for getting our beautiful home. We wish him nothing but the best in his business and personal life.
