Misled and Manipulated – Buyer Beware I trusted CJ to guide me through one of the biggest financial decisions of my life, and the experience was nothing short of catastrophic. He gave assurances that were never kept and provided misleading advice, even using strong phrases like “definitely make money” to push me into an investment I ended up trapped in. As a result, I had to walk away from the property, which caused another loss due to his false and misleading approach to earn commission on pre-construction properties. This is not just disappointment—it’s a total life disruption. I strongly caution anyone considering working with this agent to do their research carefully. Don’t expect professionalism or honesty; he will twist the story if things go wrong. He denied guaranteeing any profit, but I was fortunate to have saved our messages as proof. Thankfully, I was able to submit a complaint to RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario), where they found he breached the code of ethics through misrepresentation. Do your research and be extremely cautious—he is manipulative, and the consequences of trusting him can be devastating. If you ever wonder why he has 5 star in all his reviews that’s cause he would ask clients to give a very good review and I am WAS one of them years ago for lease purpose.
