Charmaine was a pleasant person to deal with but inexperienced, unprofessional, and generally not very competent. She scheduled us around her personal hobbies, and frequently passed us off to other office colleagues for showings. She proved herself to be dramatically inexperienced in negotiations, and we had to provide her with checklists of items to take care of in order to drive to close. On the day of closing she was totally absent, despite the seller's attorneys not completing their side of the transaction on time, and keys and paperwork was lost in transition. A month after close she has still not followed up with us, and we finally had to chase down the missing keys and paperwork ourselves.
