Chetan is extremely knowledgeable and guided us throughout all steps right from looking at the listing to moving to the new house. He was very patient and accompanied us with all the showing and educated us on what to look for in a house. We had several criteria on schools, neighborhood, budget, mortgage conditions, type of house etc and he helped us getting a house matching all the criteria we had. He worked hard in all the steps involved to make sure we get the best home, he made to sure not to push us to send an offer until we are satisfied with the house and our needs are met.
