Chris definitely delivered. Chris came to us with a well thought out game plan, and was prepared with a Plan B, since our house had no comparables and was tough to really nail down exactly what would happen. He was very honest with us upfront and did not try to promise what he couldn’t. But he was confident that we would have no issues selling our house, and crushed it when it was game-time, strategically fielding multiple offers, and getting us well over asking for our small country home. He also helped us buy a our new home for under asking, and made that process seamless as well. I was hesitant to use a realtor this time around since our first home purchase was an ordeal, but decided to switch to Chris in the end.
