We have been in our beautiful new home for one month now. Our house purchase was a significant undertaking as we moved here from Northern Ontario. We sold our home there but didn’t find the “right “ home here for an additional 6 months. We were in a state of transition and flux which of course is anxiety provoking. Chris showed us many homes during this time. He had a strong sense of what our ideal home was and continuously encouraged patience and reassurance. He is very empathetic to the emotional side of buying and selling homes. He recognizes that although he does this everyday, that is not the case for his clients.
