Sir Colin was the agent representing the sellers of the house we bought about 8 months ago. He was ok until the sale closed, then he become completely unresponsive to our agent's emails about the old house that had a lot of quirks. He is a typical salesman, he takes your money and moves onto the next deal; no customer service at all. He clearly doesn't give two hoots about people. There is nothing more rude to me than ignoring somebody, especially a fellow agent in this case, that is completely unprofessional and unforgivable. There are many better agents out there. - B
