I highly recommend Connie. She really cares about where her clients end up.She tries to find a place that is suitable AND affordable. Not just a quick sale. Connie has informed me, advised me and walked me through something step by step that I otherwise knew nothing about. I trust her judgement, I trust her recommendations and I appreciate everything she has done for me!! - Krissy

We didn't get a very good impression of connie. We contacted her as we were going to sell our home in beausejour and move closer to winnipeg in the rm of Springfield. We emailed connie as she advertised quite heavily in the area. We asked her about a few homes and felt there was some distinct bias on certain properties as well as her general knowledge of homes was not at the level of the other agents we spoke to. - J & N Schroeder

Stumbled upon this site looking for realtor reviews as we are selling our mothers home whom is moving to a care facility and though I would search a couple of realtors in which we had communicated with a 4 years ago when we were looking to purchase a home. We had seen a home in Dugald that we were interested in taking a look at and Connie was the listing agent. We had looked at a few others homes and we were moderately interested in them. We did not work with a specific real estate agent as we wanted a chance to view the homes with the most amount of information available to us to answer any of our questions while viewing each specfic home. When we viewed the house with connie she was on time, she answered our inquiries in a reasonably timely manner. However when we were viewing the home with her we were turned off by her demeanor, arrogance, and the obvious skewed information she was providing us. I understand the point of a realtor is to sell the home for her customer, however I believe there is to be full disclosure and professionalism which we felt was lacking. I do not like necessarily posting something along these lines and I know its unfortunate that people are told more that they have done a bad job rather than when they do a good job, but in the spirit of this website which I have found to be a good resource that we could have used when buying our home to share our experience so that others know what they can expect. Me and my husband were interested in a few properties in the RM of Springfield and we contacted Connie as we had gotten some literature in the mail from her. We asked about a few properties and we were very turned off by her lack of professionalism. It became quite evident that a home was only a good buy if it was listed by her. In the end we purchased a home that she had bashed quite heavily, we found it to be extremely nice and seems like a great place to raise a family. It seems if it is not full commission for Connie than the customer really doesnt matter. Scary when you are being advised by someone like that and are making a huge life decision. I would not trust her. - Crystal Kroeker
She came to look at my parent’s house and was supposed to give them an idea of what they could sell their property for since they were looking into selling. Never called back. It’s been over two months since they were ghosted. After reading the reviews on here I can see why. Wow. Glad she never called back, we found a much better realtor! - T. E.
